Results:

- Support awareness raising efforts for young people, teachers, communities, and services.

- Strengthened efforts to proliferate and understand laws and policies on gender issues.

Effects:

- enhancing gender awareness of C & D staff

-involvement of women and young people in training activities on gender-based violence

-involvement of local authorities and civil society regarding violence against women and gender equality

Direct Beneficiaries:

- 900 civil society members and 400 young people

- 200 women

- 10 groups of women

- 20 local authorities

- 20 nurses

Indirect Beneficiaries:

- 200 families of the villages of the municipality of Moroto

- 3600 young people

- 6 teachers
